This photo that was distributed for newspaper use features a painting with a woman on a fantastical bird-like creature, perhaps flying over water and a rocky shore. This particular photo was dated 1930 and was probably one of the many images used by newspapers to announce Irving T. Bush had married “The Angel of the Bowery” or that “psychic painter” but this picture has also appeared in the news before 1930 around 1928.
